Allow more customisation of the 'Category' section in the dashboard

For Example; Currently I cannot move or adjust any of the listing inside of a given category. You can only add or remove products, then they will order themselves depending on the master layout rather than the individual category.

Solutions; Allow each individual category to have its own 'Layout' page to enable position customisation
