Custom Sellpass Live chat instead of a third party like crisp.
It could have a much better integration with the sellpass platform, fetch orders/email, issue replacement all in the live chat making support much more efficient and provide a much better support interface since the ticket system is old, slow and rubbish and using a less integrated third party sucks.
This could be a great feature for the paid plans.

We're working on an updated version of our ticket/chat system, but it will be quite difficult to compete with support-focused platforms like Intercom, Crisp, etc.
However, we'll be introducing other platforms such as Tidio and Tawk with our version three.
